Agents

We welcome real estate agent participation (in fact, all bidders must be represented by an agent before they can participate). We think you will find the experience to be not that different than a traditional transaction.

Every bidder must be registered along with their agent, possess a pre-approval letter from a lending institution, and have viewed the home during the open house preceding the auction. Once registered, your client may bid online for any of the properties open at the time. After the auction has completed, the purchase is then handled in a traditional sense … with the same forms, contingencies and time frames you are used to.
